📋 Overview

This guide outlines the troubleshooting procedures and warranty coverages for structural breakages, such as a detached 1/4" tripod thread, a deformed SD card slot, a snapped battery door, and detached or malfunctioning physical buttons.

✉️ After-Sales & Warranty Solutions

1. 1/4" Thread Hole Broken / SD Card Slot Physical Deformation:

   • If inspection confirms that the slot or tripod thread is loose, stripped, or detached, and shows no signs of violent handling or forced entry. 

     Please provide clear photos of the defect and your order details/invoice to receive the after-sales warranty service.

2. Battery Door or Bay Malfunctions:

   • The battery door on the Brave 4 series is a detachable/replaceable component. 

     If the hinge or latch fractures without excessive force, please provide photos of the breakage and your order information to check for warranty service.

3. Button Sinking/Malfunctions:

   • Because action cameras utilize specialized micro-switches molded into the chassis, individual buttons cannot be separately replaced. 

     If a button detaches or sinks completely into the housing, please provide a clear picture or video and the order information to request warranty service.
