When you can't read the files in the SD card:
①:This may be a problem in reading the SD card, please check if it's because your SD card is not compatible with the camera (the format of the SD card has changed after it has been used by other devices, such as other cameras), please try to format the SD card and then read it again (before formatting the SD card, please back up the contents of the SD card), or you can try to replace it with a new one to confirm.
②:It is also possible that your SD card is damaged/too old/too much memory/transfer speed is not up to the standard. If you confirm that there is no abnormality in your SD card, please try to format the SD card and then try to record again (before formatting the SD card, please back up the contents of the SD card first).
When your file download fails:
①:This may be a problem during the download process, please check if your download stops/fails in the middle of the download when WiFi is disconnected, in this case, we recommend you to download a shorter video with smaller memory first to check if there is a problem with the download function.
②:This may also be a problem during the SD card reading process. Please check if your SD card is corrupted/too old/high memory/has not reached the standard transfer speed to cause recording abnormality. If you make sure there is no abnormality in your SD card, please try to format the SD card and then try to record again (before formatting the SD card, please back up the contents of the SD card first).
When your file is downloaded successfully but cannot be exported.
①:Please make sure that your phone has enabled all the permissions for the APP (such as the permission to read and write local content).
②:Please make sure that your phone has enough memory and the download path is correct.
③:If the frame rate of the video in the album is abnormal, it may not be able to be exported, in this case, we recommend you to export a picture first to confirm whether there is a problem with the export function.
When you export a file to your cell phone and the playback is abnormal:
Please use the original file in the SD card (the content of the shooting) to export directly on the PC, to test whether the original file problem
Special: Due to the iOS system will be automatically recognized by the system as a high frame rate video slow playback when you read the album.
If you are using iOS system, we recommend the following solutions:
①:Try to play it with another player
②:Click the high frame rate video file directly from document management instead of playing it from iOS photo album.
③:Edit the high frame rate video file once.
