If your AKASO camera shows "No Internet Connection" when linked to your phone, this is expected behavior. Here’s why and how to proceed:
🔍 Why You See This Message
| Camera Wi-Fi Function | Internet Capability |
|---|---|
| Connects to smartphone | ❌ No web browsing |
| Transfers photos/videos | ❌ No cellular data |
| Remote control via app | ❌ No social media access |
✅ This is by design: AKASO cameras use peer-to-peer Wi-Fi for file transfers/app control, not for internet access.
📱 How to Use Wi-Fi Correctly (Ignore the Message)
- Connect the camera to the phone:
- Enable camera Wi-Fi → Open AKASO app → Select camera network.
Ignore "No Internet" warnings:
- On iPhone: Tap "allow" when prompted.
- On Android: Select "Don’t switch networks" or similar.
Proceed normally:
- Transfer files, remote control, or adjust settings in the AKASO app.
