If you’re having trouble connecting your AKASO camera to Wi-Fi, try these steps in order:

- Update the AKASO GO App
- Uninstall the current app
- Download the latest version of AKASO GO from the App Store or Google Play
- Enable all permissions for the app (location, storage, Wi-Fi, etc.)

- Restart Your Smartphone
- Try connecting again

- Disable Cellular Data
- Go to your phone’s settings
- Turn off Mobile Data
- Try reconnecting to the camera’s Wi-Fi

⏱️ Wi-Fi Auto Disconnect Feature
- To save battery, the camera’s Wi-Fi will automatically turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
- If disconnected, simply re-enable Wi-Fi on the camera.

❌ If You Still Can’t Connect
If the camera’s Wi-Fi network (SSID) doesn’t appear:
- On the camera’s screen
- Or in your phone’s Wi-Fi settings

Contact AKASO Support with the following info:
- Your camera model name
- Firmware version (find in: Settings > System > Device Info)
- A description of the issue
