Please refer to the following troubleshooting if you encounter any of the following problems when connecting to WiFi.
*Please note that this troubleshooting only applies to connecting to the camera WiFi, i.e. before connecting to the APP.

When you can't search the camera WiFi:
①:If you can't open the camera's WiFi page, please reset the camera.
②:If you can open the camera's WiFi page but no WiFi is displayed on your phone, please reset the camera and turn on the camera WiFi again.
When you can't connect to Camera WiFi:
①:If your phone prompts you *No Internet Connection, please don't worry. This is normal, Camera WiFi doesn't provide an Internet connection. Please choose to continue to connect.
②:If you fail to connect to WiFi for the first time, please reset your camera and then try to connect after restarting your phone.
③:If you have tried to connect before but still failed, please delete the ssid of the connected WiFi, reset the camera and try to connect again.
When you connect to WiFi and then disconnect automatically:
①:After you connect to WiFi, if there is no operation, the camera will disconnect from WiFi automatically after 3 minutes.
②:Some cell phones will have a pop-up window when connecting *This WiFi can not access to the Internet, whether to disconnect or not, at this time, if you click on the *Yes, it will be automatically disconnected from the WiFi, at this time, you need to click on the *Still keep connected.
