Please refer to the following troubleshooting if you encounter the following problems when operating the APP.
*Please note that this troubleshooting only applies to problems encountered when operating the APP, i.e., after connecting to the APP, and before downloading the file.

When you can't enter the APP operation interface after connecting to WiFi:
①:Please make sure the camera's WiFi is connected in your phone's WIFI settings screen.
②:Please make sure that your phone has enabled all the permissions for the APP (e.g. camera permissions)
③:Please turn off the mobile data of your cell phone and try to connect again.
④:Please make sure the WiFi connection is not interrupted, some cell phones will pop-up window when connecting * this WiFi can not access the Internet, whether to disconnect, at this time, if you click * Yes, it will automatically disconnect the WiFi, at this time, you need to click * still connect the connection.
When you enter the APP interface without preview:
①:Please make sure whether your phone has opened all the permissions for APP (such as camera permissions).
②:Please turn off the mobile data of your cell phone and try to connect again.
When your APP operation video/photo prompts recording abnormality:
①:Please turn on the camera WiFi again, restart the APP again and try to connect again.
②:Please make sure whether the SD card is damaged/too old/too much memory/transfer speed is not up to the standard to cause recording abnormality. If you confirm that there is no abnormality in your SD card, please try to format the SD card and then try to record again (please back up the content in the SD card before formatting the SD card).
When you crash/flashback in the operation interface:
①:Please turn on the camera WiFi again and restart the app to try to connect again.
②:Please reset the camera and restart the phone and then open the APP to try to connect again if it is triggered by high frequency.
