Follow these steps if your AKASO GO app crashes, freezes, or won't stay open:
🔄 Step 1: Basic Fixes (Try These First)
- Restart Your Phone:
- Force-close all apps → Power off completely → Wait 30 seconds → Restart.
Fixes 60% of temporary glitches by clearing memory.
- Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure you're connected to
AKASO_XXXXnetwork - Stay within 5 meters (16 ft) of camera
📲 Step 2: App Reinstallation (Critical)
- Uninstall AKASO GO:
- Hold app icon → "Uninstall"
- Clear cache/data in phone settings (Android:
Settings > Apps > Storage > Clear Cache)
- Reinstall Properly:
- Download ONLY from official stores:
→ Apple App Store | → Google Play Store - Grant all permissions during setup (Camera, Location, Storage)
📷 Step 3: Camera & Connection Reset

📱 Step 4: Test with Another Device
Isolate the problem:
✅ WORKS on 2nd phone → Issue is with your original phone ❌ CRASHES on 2nd phone → Camera firmware/APP problem
Preferred test devices:
- Different OS (iOS ↔ Android)
- Older/newer model phone
