Step 1: The USB Direct-Power Test
Remove both the battery and the MicroSD card from the camera.
Connect the camera directly to a wall charger using the original USB-C cable.
Try turning the camera on.

Result 1: The camera turns on successfully. This indicates a power delivery issue involving the battery or the battery compartment.
Solution: Try cleaning the metal contact points inside the battery compartment using a dry, lint-free cloth or a cotton swab. Then, test it with your backup battery if you have one. If the issue persists, please contact our support team to explore available battery solutions. To help us assist you faster, please provide the serial number printing code on your battery.

Result 2: The camera still fails to turn on. This indicates a potential hardware or mainboard issue.
Solution: Please take a short video recording showing the camera failing to power on while connected to the USB cable. Reach out to our support team with this video, and we will evaluate your case to see what support options or alternative solutions may be available to you.
Scenario B: The Camera WAS Used in Water
If your camera stopped working after water exposure, the troubleshooting depends on how it was used:
Case 1: Used WITH the Waterproof Case
If the camera was inside its waterproof housing, the issue might be due to an improper seal or housing damage.
Solution: Inspect the waterproof case carefully to check for any visible breach or damage. Please take photos or a short video of the case, contact our support team, and we will review your case to provide the best possible assistance.
Case 2: Used WITHOUT the Waterproof Case
