When swiping down the screen, you can see a lock icon, what does it represent?

The lock icon that appears when swiping down the screen on the Brave 4 Pro action camera represents the screen lock function, you can tap the "lock" icon to turn off the screen, the camera screen turns black, and the indicator in the bottom left corner of the screen is blue, indicating that the camera is still running. When this feature is enabled, the camera's touch screen is locked to prevent accidental changes to the camera's settings or shooting modes.

To activate the screen lock feature, you can touch to wake up the screen and swipe the icon from left to right to unlock the screen, and you can access the camera's settings and controls as usual.

The screen lock feature can be particularly useful when using the camera in extreme conditions, such as underwater or during high-intensity activities, where accidental button presses or slides can cause errors or damage to the camera. It can also help conserve battery life by preventing the screen from being turned on unintentionally.

Note that when the screen lock feature is enabled, the camera shutter/OK button can still be used to view live footage of the footage
