The images appear to have a color cast or a pink tint

Please check if you have enabled the Diving Mode in your camera.

When the diving mode is activated, it applies a filter to the lens to compensate for the filtering of certain colors caused by particles and turbidity in the water. Especially in deep water, the color blue may be filtered out, resulting in a greenish or bluish color cast in the captured photos or videos.

If the diving mode is mistakenly enabled in normal conditions, the image may appear with a pink tint.
In this case, please turn off the diving mode function or try resetting the camera.
