Missing or Incorrect Items in the Box:
Missing Items: Small accessories (such as SD cards, small adapters, screws) often slip behind the inner cardboard dividers or the bottom liner. Inspect the box packaging thoroughly. If confirmed missing, provide your order number, a photo of the box barcode, and your shipping address to support for a free shipment.
Incorrect Items: Take a photo of the wrong item alongside the box retail barcode and send it to support to receive the correct component.

Broken or Fractured Mounts/Bases:
Damaged via Impacts or Drops: Physical breakages caused by accidental impact or dropping during use are outside the standard warranty scope. We cannot replace them for free, but customer support can offer you a discounted accessory kit purchase link.
Defective/Broken Out of the Box: Send us your address and contact info, and we will send out a free replacement accessory immediately.
Mount Snapped Leading to Camera Damage: If a material defect in our mount caused it to fracture under normal intended use and damaged the camera, AKASO accepts responsibility. Contact us to coordinate returning the damaged gear for a new camera kit.

Waterproof Case Latch Damage or Leaks:
Latch Snapped or Deformed: If the top compression latch snaps during closure, we will mail a replacement case. Provide your order number and shipping address.
Waterproof Housing Leaks: If water ingress has already damaged the camera, see the What to do if water gets into the Brave 7 LE camera? If the camera is fine and only the housing leaks, send your order details and a picture pointing out the leak location to receive a free replacement case.
