đź“‹ Overview
This guide provides official remediation paths for camera batteries that cannot be charged, drain within minutes after a full charge, or are jammed inside the compartment due to a torn pull-tab. Please also provide your order number or other relevant information to our customer support team so we can assist you within the warranty period.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps
Battery Won't Hold Charge / Rapid Drain (Dies within minutes):
Ensure you are charging the batteries via the official dual-dock cradle for a full 2.5 to 3 hours before testing.
Only one battery behaves this way: This points to an individual defective cell. Contact support to get an after-sales warranty service.
Both batteries drain instantly: Isolate the dock. Put a battery directly inside the camera body and attach the USB cable. If it charges fine in-body, the dock is broken; we will send a new dock free of charge. If it still dies in a few minutes after charging in-body, the mainboard charging circuit or battery lot is defective, and an after-sales warranty service will be issued.
Battery Pull-Tab Broken (Battery Stuck Inside the Bay):
Official Removal Method: Use a pair of fine tweezers to carefully pinch the battery casing and gently slide it upward. If successful, contact support to get an after-sales warranty service.
Safety Warning: If the battery is firmly wedged, STOP immediately! Do not use excessive force, as puncturing the battery skin is dangerous. Send us a photo of the battery compartment along with your order ID, and we will provide an after-sales warranty service.
