This article is to illustrate the troubleshooting about the sound and picture out of synchronization and noise, about the problem of small sound or no recorded sound, you can refer to this article:
What should I do when my camera doesn't record sound/records too low sound?
If there is noise in your recorded video:
Please first check which of the following recording scenarios your recording environment matches.
①: The surrounding environment is quieter when you start recording, and there is noise
This is because when the surrounding environment is quieter, the camera will automatically control the sound recording effect (the camera will control and adjust the input sound), and when the surrounding sound is small, it will automatically amplify the recorded sound, and at this time, you may hear a rustling sound, which is the sound of the surrounding bottom noise being amplified; when the surrounding sound is too large, the camera will automatically reduce the recording and Adjust the recorded noise appropriately.
②: (Hot environment) after a certain period of recording noise
This is because when the camera body temperature is high may be due to the heat caused by the camera audio IC abnormality, it is recommended that the camera be placed in the shade to wait for heat dissipation before use.
③: Noise occurs when recording at high speed move
This may be due to the recording of wind noise, it is recommended that you turn on the wind noise reduction function of the camera (some cameras have this function, it is not recommended to turn on this function unless the wind noise is large for normal use).
If your recorded video sound and picture are not synchronized:
Please confirm whether the SD card meets the specification (within the corresponding capacity, U3 grade brand SD card), if the SD card does not meet the specification, replace another SD card that meets the specification to test.
If the SD card meets the specification, please format the SD card (export the contents to PC first) and then test again.
Please confirm whether it is a camera problem, you can initialize the camera and try to record again.
If the problem still exists, please confirm the camera version number, provide the version number to the customer service to get the latest firmware to upgrade the camera version.
If the above solutions still do not work, please contact the after-sales service to provide the order number, model number and version number of the camera to seek warranty service.
