Please refer to the following two methods to upgrade the firmware for your AKASO 360 camera.
Method 1: Update via the AKASO 360 App
- Download the AKASO 360 App from the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
- Open the app and follow the instructions to connect the camera to your device. How to connect the AKASO 360 camera to the AKASO 360 APP
- If a new firmware version is available, the app will prompt you and guide you through the update process.
Method 2: Update via your Micro SD Card
- Please contact the after-sales service (cs@akasotech.com) to get the firmware and download the latest firmware for the AKASO 360.
- Copy the firmware file to an SD card.
- Insert the card into the camera (ensure the camera is powered off).
- Turn on the camera. The blue and green indicator lights will flash alternately, indicating the firmware is being updated.
- Once the update is complete, the camera will automatically restart.

Requirement | Description |

Battery Level | Ensure the battery level is above 50% before updating. Using a fully charged battery is recommended. |
