Please note that when the surrounding environment is rather quiet, the camera automatically increases the sound volume, which is reflected in your video. While if the sound is too loud, the camera lowers the sound from the external environment.

You can take videos in noisy areas to check if this is the cause. Also, when taking pictures, you can speak in front of the camera. If there is no noise in this situation, it indicates that the previous situation was the cause.

Another possible reason for noise in recorded videos from action cameras is the use of waterproof housing. The housing can muffle audio recordings or create a vacuum effect that can generate noise.

Please try to record without a waterproof case.
