If your AKASO camera produces low or no audio during recordings, follow these simple troubleshooting steps. The issue is often easy to resolve!
🔍 Step 1: Check the Waterproof Case
- Problem: The waterproof case blocks sound.

Solution:
→ Remove the camera from the waterproof case before recording. Sound cannot pass through the case.
💻 Step 2: Test Playback on a Computer
- Play the video on a computer.
→ If sound works, the issue is with your camera/settings.
→ If sound is still missing, try these fixes:
🛠️ Troubleshooting Methods:

Replace the Micro SD Card:
→ Use a Class 10 Micro SD card from another brand.
(Low-quality cards can cause audio errors.) -
Reset the Battery:
→ Remove the battery, wait 10 seconds, then reinsert it.
→ If possible, test with a new battery. -
Reset Camera Settings:
→ Go to Settings → System → Reset Camera.
⚙️ Check Critical Settings:

Volume Level:
→ Open Settings → Audio Volume. Ensure it’s NOT set to0. -
Microphone Function: → Verify the microphone is ON:
- UI Indicator: Look for the mic icon.
- Black text/icon = Enabled ✅
- White text/icon = Disabled ❌
