The Brave 8 action camera has two screens: a touch screen on the back (rear) and a smaller status screen on the front. The rear screen is a 2-inch touchable color screen and the front screen is for display only and does not support touchscreen operation.

To switch between these screens, you can use the following steps:

1. Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Long press the M button to switch, you cannot turn on the front and rear screens at the same time.
3. You cannot switch between the screens while the video is recording.

Keep in mind that the front screen is primarily designed for quick status updates such as battery level, recording time, and mode selection, while the rear touch screen provides more detailed information and controls for shooting and playback. Depending on your needs and preferences, you may prefer to use one screen over the other or switch between them as needed.
