If you're having trouble connecting your action camera to the app via WiFi, here are some things you can try:
Ensure that the camera's WiFi is turned on: Make sure that the camera's WiFi is turned on and that it's in pairing mode.
Verify the password: Double-check that you have entered the correct password for the camera's WiFi network.
Check if the phone is connected to the camera's WiFi: Your phone or tablet should be connected to the camera's WiFi network in order to communicate with the camera through the app. Go to your device's WiFi settings and look for the camera's WiFi network.
Make sure the camera and phone are close: The camera's WiFi signal may not be strong enough to reach your phone from a distance. Move the camera closer to your phone and try again.
Restart the camera and app: Try restarting both the camera and the app and then attempt to connect again.
