To keep your microSD card in good condition, reformat it on a regular basis. Reformatting erases all of your content, so be sure to offload your photos and videos first.
To reformat your card, Swipe down to general settings, click Preferences - General settings-Formatting-Format SD card-Confirm/Cancel.

*Before you format the SD card, please backup the data in the SD card.

Please follow the steps below to format/reset/view the camera version

First, please slide down the camera screen to enter the Menu screen

Next, click on the preferences button to enter the Options screen

After that, scroll to the bottom of the Options page and click the General Settings button to enter the Settings screen.

Finally, click on the Format/Factory Reset/About button to perform the corresponding operation.
