If you are unable to select the 2.7K or 4K resolution for your EK7000 action camera, there may be a few reasons why:
- SD card compatibility: For recording in higher resolutions like 2.7K and 4K, it is essential to use an SD card with a fast write speed that is compatible with the camera. Check that your SD card is compatible with the EK7000 and has enough memory available.
- Firmware update: Make sure that you have updated the firmware on your camera to the latest version. Outdated firmware can prevent you from accessing certain video modes and features.
- Battery level: Higher resolution recordings can require more power from the battery. Ensure that your battery is fully charged or replace it with a new one.
- Video mode settings: Make sure you are in the right video mode settings. To access 2.7K or 4K modes, you will need to choose "Video" mode, then press the "Down" button to access the different resolutions, and select either 2.7K or 4K.
If you turn on the loop recording, you may not select 2.7K or 4K. Please turn off the loop record.
