AKASO Camera Lens Damage: Solutions & Repair Guide

If your AKASO camera’s lens is scratched, cracked, or broken, follow this guide based on your camera model.

🔧 Lens Types & Repair Options:

1. Removable Lens Models

• Models: Brave 7, Brave 8, Brave 8 Lite.
• Solution:
  • The outer lens cover can be replaced.
  • Contact AKASO Support to purchase a genuine replacement lens cover.

2. Non-Removable Lens Models

• Models: All other AKASO cameras (e.g., EK7000series, V50series).
• Solution:
  • The lens is permanently attached and cannot be replaced separately.
  • Send for repair: The entire camera must be serviced by AKASO technicians.
  • Contact support.
