› Clean camera slot with dry cotton swab

› Avoid liquids/chemicals (causes permanent damage)
› Don’t bend or force card insertion
3. Basic Troubleshooting Steps
Follow this sequence:
- Reboot camera → Reinsert card
- Test card in computer:
- If unrecognized everywhere → Card defective
- If readable elsewhere → Proceed to step 3
- Format card in camera:
- Swipe down → Settings → Format SD Card
- ⚠️ Backup data first - formatting erases all content!
