AKASO Camera Battery Not Charging?

If your AKASO camera battery isn’t charging, follow these steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:

🔍 Step 1: Check for Physical Damage

• Inspect accessories: Examine the charger, USB cable, and ports for visible damage (e.g., bent pins, frayed wires).
• Check dock indicator: Note the color of the charging dock’s LED light.

⚡ Step 2: Test Direct Charging (Without Battery)

• Remove the battery from the camera.
• Connect the camera directly to a power source using the USB cable.
• Check if the camera displays a charging icon.
• Success: Camera charges → Battery is faulty.
• Failure: No charging icon → Camera charging circuit may be damaged.

🔄 Step 3: Try Alternative Accessories

• Replace the original USB cable or charger with a compatible spare.
• Reattach the battery and attempt charging.
• If charging works:
• Your original cable/charger is defective. Replace it with AKASO-approved accessories.

⚠️ Additional Tips
