đź“‹ Overview
When configuring your AKASO Brave 7 LE, you may occasionally find that certain functions, modes, or settings appear greyed out or cannot be selected.
This usually happens because action cameras have a built-in feature of mutual exclusivity. To ensure optimal performance and system stability, enabling certain high-resource features (such as specific resolutions, image stabilization, or loop recording) will automatically restrict other conflicting settings.
Instead of troubleshooting complex setting combinations, you can easily resolve this by following the quick reset guide below.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps
If you encounter an unavailable feature, please follow these steps to test it:
Perform a Factory Reset: Go to the camera's system settings, locate the Reset option, and restore the camera to its factory default settings. This will instantly clear all conflicting configurations.
Isolate the Feature: Once the camera has reset successfully, do not change any other settings.
Test the Desired Feature: Please directly navigate to the specific function you wish to use and turn it on.
Result: If the feature can now be selected and works normally, it confirms that a previously enabled setting was causing a functional conflict. You can now safely build your settings profile around this primary feature.
If the issue persists after the reset, please provide a short video showing that the feature does not work after the reset so that our customer service representatives can assist you further.
