If your EK7000 Pro action camera is making a buzzing sound when playing back recorded videos, it's possible that there is an issue with the camera's microphone or speaker. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check the playback volume: Make sure that the volume is not turned up too high during playback. Lowering the volume may help reduce the buzz.
-
Try another video: Playback another video to see if the problem is specific to one video or occurs with all recorded videos.
-
Check the microphone and speaker: Use the camera's settings menu to disable the microphone and playback the video again to see if the buzz persists. If the buzz goes away, then the microphone may be causing the issue. If the buzz continues, then the speaker may be the culprit.
-
Update the firmware: Make sure that the camera's firmware is up-to-date by checking for updates on the manufacturer's website. Updating the firmware may help resolve any software-related issues that are causing the buzz. You can contact our customer support for the firmware.

I regret buying AKASO EK7000 Pro, as its sound doesn't work at all. I am recording outside of the waterproof shell, I have reformatted my SD card several times and reset the entire camera and it still just plays loud static noise when I play videos back. 80 Euros wasted.
