When your camera freezes at the startup screen (akaso marker screen), you can try the following options to try to fix the camera:
1.Please try to pull out the battery and SD card, and charge the camera by connecting the USB cable directly to a 5v2a power source.
2. Please contact customer service and provide your order number so that customer service can confirm the version number of your camera and provide the latest version of firmware to reset the camera.
When your camera freezes and does not operate after you turn it on, you can try the following steps to try to fix the camera:
Step 1: Please try to press and hold the power on button or pull out the battery to make sure the camera can be turned off.
Step 2: After you turn off the camera, please try to pull out the SD card and turn on the camera again to make sure it works.
Step 3.1: If your camera is back to normal after powering on again, the SD card may not be compatible with your camera.
Step 3.2: If it is still abnormal after powering on again, there may be a firmware problem.
Step 4.1: In order to solve the SD card incompatibility, please reset the camera/restore the camera to factory settings, and purchase and use a brand new SD card that meets the specifications (U3 grade, brand name SD card within the rated memory)
Step 4.2: Please contact customer service and provide your order number so that customer service can confirm the version number of your camera and provide the latest version of firmware to reset the camera.
