What to do if your dash cam does not turn on?

1. Kindly check if the indicator light on the car charger turns on.

2. If so, kindly contact customer service for the warranty claim if none of the suggestions above does not help by sending emails to our email address: cs@akasotech.com.
3. If the light does not turn on, kindly check if the car charging port is normal, if not, use another car charger or cigarette lighter to charge the dash cam for about one hour to see if it finally turns on.
