How to update the firmware?

If there is no problem with the camera, we usually do not recommend that customers update the firmware themselves. If you have recently purchased the camera, it should have the latest firmware. Some customers have made errors during the update process, rendering the camera unusable.
This is the reason why the firmware is not made public.

Firmware updates generally correct bugs or add more features.

If you still want to update the firmware, please contact our Customer Support with your camera model, firmware version, and camera problems.
