If your Akaso V50 Pro won't turn on, please refer to the following troubleshooting
Please take both the battery and the Micro SD Card out of the camera, then plug the camera into the wall with a 5V 2A power adaptor.
When plugged in, the camera will power on automatically, if not, press the “Power Button” for 3s.
If it doesn't work, please try with different USB cables and adaptors;
If it works, please follow the steps below to check the reason better:
①Try another fully charged battery;
②Reset the camera and format the micro SD card several times, then shoot at 1080P 30fps to test;
③Try another recommended micro SD card.
If the above steps don't resolve your problem, please contact us for the warranty. If it happened after the firmware update, please offer your camera SN number in the battery compartment.
