The AKASO GO app lets you control your camera remotely using a smartphone or
tablet. Features include camera control, live preview, playback, download, settings, and editing.
To connect the Brave 4 Pro action camera to your smartphone via Wi-Fi, you can follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera, long press the Down button to turn on Wifi. You can also swipe up to the mode menu to turn on Wifi.
2. Connect the WiFi “Brave 4 Pro” and enter the password on your smartphone WLAN setting.
3. Open the AKASO GO app, and tap the “+” icon. Add “Brave 4 Pro” and click the “Live Preview”.
4. Your camera will be connected to the AKASO GO app. Images recorded by the camera will be real-time displayed on a mobile phone. You can operate it via related icons related to the software or set function parameters of the camera.
Note that the Wi-Fi connection range may vary depending on factors such as distance, obstruction, and signal interference. For best results, keep the camera and smartphone in close proximity and avoid obstacles such as walls or metal objects. You may also need to adjust the Wi-Fi settings on both devices or upgrade the firmware to the latest version to optimize the connection.
If you want to turn off the WiFi, please press the OK button.

Hi , i have a bRave 4 pro and downloaded the Akaso App for my galaxy S23, i have a question for you...why I have to reconnect the cam to the app every time...? I thought it would remain in memory and it would just be enough to reactivate wifi and GPS... but no, if I turn it off and restart the app I have to redo the entire pairing procedure between the app and the cam, I also ask if the possibility of firmware upgrade is not implemented in this version.. in the various menus there is no entry, I only find a serial number.. but no upgrade button, thanks and have a nice day
