🔧 2 Supported Update Methods
✅ Method 1: OTA (Over-the-Air) Update (Only for certain models)

✅ Method 2: SD Card Update （All camera models）

| 1. Contact AKASO Support for the firmware file (cs@akasotech.com) 2. 32-512GB microSD card (FAT32/exFAT) |
1. Download the firmware file to the computer 2. Unzip and copy the .bin file to the SD card root 3. Insert card → Power on camera 4. Wait for indicator to blink blue→green→off (5-8 mins) 5. Reset camera: Press the power 10 seconds |
⚠️ Mandatory Safety Protocols
The firmware update package is version-specific. Do not flash it arbitrarily, as this may cause critical risks.
- Battery
- Charge to 100% before starting.
- SD Card
- Do NOT remove the card during update.
- Camera Operation
- Do NOT touch buttons until indicator turns off.
- Post-Update
- Factory reset is required after SD card update.
❌ Update Failure? Do This Immediately
