Why the smartphone can't surf the internet after connecting camera WiFi?

Please note that it is a wifi action camera. But the wifi in the camera is only a connection between your mobile and the action camera via App.

You can't use it to connect to the internet. You need to download the App first in order to connect your mobile with the action camera.
