When your camera does not turn on, please make sure that your camera has not been dropped or bumped, upgraded with firmware, used under water, or not turned on by normal use.
If your camera has been dropped or bumped: this may be hardware damage, please try to pull out the battery and SD card, and use the USB cable to charge the camera by directly connecting it to a 5v2a power source.
If your camera has been upgraded with firmware: this may be due to firmware damage, please provide your order number so that customer service can confirm the version number of your camera and reset the camera with the latest version of firmware.
If your camera has been used in the water: this may be the camera into the water, although the camera is waterproof, but if the camera is not dried after use to make the camera completely dry, it will affect the subsequent use of waterproof, please use a dry cloth to wipe the surface of the camera and the battery compartment, and then put the camera in a dry box or a rice box inside the absorbent water, the camera will be drained of internal water before trying to turn on the camera.
If your camera can not be turned on in normal use: this may be the reason for the battery, or charging voltage and current mismatch caused by damage, please pull out the battery and SD card, use the USB cable directly into the 5v2a power supply to the camera charging, if you can recover through this method, please reset the camera to confirm the battery or charging voltage and current is not a problem.
If the battery can be used after reset, please be careful to choose the right voltage and current for charging, if the battery can not be used after reset, we can provide you with a replacement battery during the warranty period.
