What to do if your dash cam turns off suddenly while recording?

1. Kindly confirm if you are using a standard car charger to charge your dash cam.  Kindly be informed that such an issue will happen if your dash cam is in low charge.
2. Kindly reset your dash cam to the factory settings to see if this issue is resolved if you did use a standard car charger.
