What to do if your dash cam keeps turning on and off automatically?

1. Kindly check if your dash cam turns on normally when you remove the SD card and connect your dash cam to a socket with a USB cable.
2. If so, kindly turn off your dash cam and plug it in the original car charger of 5V for about one hour, then turn it on to see if it works normally.
3. Kindly restore your dash cam to factory settings if the two methods above do not help.
