- Reconnect the camera to your computer. If possible, try using a different USB port on your computer.
- Reopen your platform/app.
- If you still don't have success, restart your computer. You can also try a different USB cable.
My camera isn't being recognized.
- If you connect the camera with a card to a computer via a USB cable, but nothing happens, please change the cable and try on another computer. Also, you can plug it in a USB 3.0 port instead of a USB 2.0.
- If this does not help, you can try plugging the USB cable in the docking station (like the Dell PRO2X) instead of plugging directly into the laptops. Please use Handbrake to convert and transfer all the videos on the device to the PC
Can I change my camera orientation (portrait vs. landscape) and still have the image appear right-side-up?
- The camera must be in an upright, horizontal position.
Can I connect my camera wirelessly?
- Wireless connections are not supported for the webcam function at this time. You will need to use a USB cable to connect the camera to your computer.
