Why is my camera freezing?
If a camera is freezing up, it is usually an indicator the camera's software needs to be updated or there is potentially an issue with the microSD card being used. Try removing the SD card and see if the camera still freezes up. If it no longer freezes, then the issue is likely stemming from the SD card.
Below are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue for you. Before proceeding make sure that you have turned off Connections/Wi-Fi/GPS/Voice Control.
As a preliminary excluding method, we advise our users to get your SD card formatted either by your camera or by using your PC to make sure it is an original branded card with the best working condition. An inferior, fragile, or low-speed card can lead to the camera freezing.
We strongly recommend our end-users purchase a reliable memory card from a credible seller, like Samsung, Sandisk brand. Also please make sure to get an extra memory card for backup.
Meanwhile, if your camera is still freezing after the microSD problem is excluded, please contact AKASO customer Support for the newest firmware upgrades, which can be a fix to your issue.
When I turn on the camera, only display the AKASO logo, can not go on
Please remove the SD card and battery, then charge the camera via the 5V 2A adapter, Long-press the power button to see if it turn on. If the issue still remains, please contact AKASO Customer Support for further help.

How can the camera software be updated?
the firmware version I have doesn't work for the time lapse mode, and the burst mode cannot be changed from the 3s default.
Version loaded is KM20.0703V1STB -
Is there any corrected version available?
