Please make sure that the camera is mounted in a waterproof case when recording sound. The waterproof case prevents the camera from recording sound. Therefore, there will be little or no sound in this case.
If you did not put the camera in the waterproof case before recording, then please go to “Settings” to check if you have set the volume to “0” and make sure that it is normal when you play back the video on your computer.
If there is still no sound on your computer, then try the following three methods:
1. replace the micro SD card with another brand of u3 class10.
2. Remove the battery and install a new one.
3. Reset the camera settings.
If the problem persists, please provide us with the firmware version of the camera. Please select the “Settings” icon, go to the camera settings and find “System”, you can check the camera model and firmware version in “System Info”.
