The Low Volume Problem of Captured Videos.
If the camera is mounted in a waterproof case when recording sound, please note that the waterproof case may impede sound recording. As a result, there may be little or no sound in this case.
If you didn't put the camera in the waterproof case before recording, please go to ‘Settings’ to check whether you have set the volume to ‘0’. Also, make sure that the volume is normal when you play back the video on your computer.
If there is still no sound on your computer, try the following three methods:
1. Replace the micro SD card with another brand of u3 class
2. Remove the battery and install a new one.
3. Reset the camera settings.
If the problem persists, please provide the camera's firmware version to the after-sales department. Please select the “Settings” icon and go to the camera settings. Then find “System” and you can check the camera model and firmware version in “System Info”.
