①:Please check whether your smartphone has enabled ‘Automatic switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data network’? Some mobile phones have smart network switching feature, when connecting to a hotspot without internet access the phone may remind to switch the hotspot, please don't click on switch.
②: Please note that WiFi is enabled by default only during user's power-on activation process, and is disabled by default in other processes. If there is no connection within 3-5 minutes, WiFi will be turned off automatically. If there is no connection within 3-5 minutes, the APP will automatically disconnect. At this time, you can manually turn it on.
③: If your camera is low on power, it may turn off WiFi automatically to save power. Make sure your camera is fully charged before using WiFi.
④: If none of the above steps work, try resetting your camera back to the default settings to see if that solves the problem.
