When the camera missing frames, This is due to the SD card specification (FAT32 format). In the FAT32 format, when the memory limit is reached, the video will be split automatically. This is because the FAT32 file system has certain limitations on file size. When splitting the video, the camera needs to perform operations such as creating new file headers and relocating data, which takes a certain amount of time. As a result, it will lead to approximately 2 seconds of missing frames.
You can avoid missing frames caused by this processing by changing the setting. Specifically, you just need to turn on the loop recording mode. The loop recording mode continuously overwrites the oldest video segments when the SD card is full, eliminating the need for the time consuming video splitting process that occurs at the memory limit, thus effectively avoiding the missing frame problem.
