Hold the power button for approximately 10 - 15 seconds to check for a response.
3. Try a Different Charging Cable/AdapterUse a different USB cable or charger to eliminate potential issues with the charging accessories.
4. Regarding Firmware IssuesIf the camera turns on but functions erratically, try to locate the SN label in the battery compartment,
and send it to After-sales service for a firmware update.
