If your action camera won't turn on, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:
①:Check the Battery
Charge the Battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the camera to a charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes.
Inspect the Battery: Remove the battery and check for any signs of damage or corrosion. If the battery appears damaged, consider replacing it.
②: Power Button
Press and Hold: The power button may require a longer press. Hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds to see if it responds.
③: Try a Different Charging Cable/Adapter
Change the Cable/Charger: Use a different USB cable or charger to rule out issues with the charging accessories.
④:Check for Firmware Issues
Firmware Update: If the camera turns on but behaves erratically, please try to find the SN label in the battery compartment and send it to us for a firmware update.
⑤:Inspect for Physical Damage
Check for Damage: Inspect the camera for any visible signs of physical damage or water ingress, especially if it has been used in challenging conditions.
If the camera still won't turn on after trying the above steps, please feel free to contact us for further help.
