If your action camera gets frozen, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

①：Remove the battery and SD card and reinstall them;

②：Charge the camera with another cable and check if the word ‘Akaso’ appears on the screen and if there is a switch-on tone when the camera is turned on;

③：Replace the SD card with a u3 grade SD card of 128GB or less and test again, please make sure that the camera is switched off when inserting or removing the SD card.

④：If you can turn on the camera, please reset the camera through the settings.

⑤：If you can't turn on the camera or the reset is invalid, please find the SN code in the battery compartment and tell us, we will send you the firmware connection for reinstallation.
