If your action camera is stuck on the logo page, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

①：Please plug and unplug the battery to check whether it is recovered, if it can be recovered. Please initialise the camera to see if it works properly.

②：Use 5V 2A with 5V2A adapter inserted into the wall charger power supply, long press the power button for 3 seconds to open the camera to see if it works properly. If it can be restored, please initialise the camera to see if it works normally.

③：If it still can not start normally, please find the SN code in the battery compartment and tell us, we will send you the firmware connection for reinstallation.
