To confirm you can connect the camera wifi to the AKASO GO APP successfully, you need to allow all the permissions in the settings like the below picture shows, please go to your phone settings and find the AKASO GO, then turn on all the options:
1, If you experience any connection problems, you can try the following options:
① Switch off cellular data on your iPhone when connecting to the camera's WiFi to avoid any connection problems.
② Please remove the WiFi and reset the camera.
③ Reinstall the [AKASO Go] app and set permissions on again, then try to reconnect.
*Different mobile phones have different permissions and operation schemes if the above scheme does not match your mobile phone model.

2, If you do not turn on some functions of the AKASO GO, when you connect the camera wifi, please click"allow" for every notification:
