*Please note: For better previewing and downloading of photos and videos.
Please set the permission of photos in [AKASO GO] to [All Files].
Also, please make sure that Local Network, Location and Bluetooth are turned on in the permissions of the [AKASO GO] app.
*Please make sure that the correct camera name is connected in the APP during WiFi connection, and that the correct WiFi name is selected in the WiFi page of the phone.
The operation steps are as follows:
①: Phone Settings → Privacy → Photos, find [AKASO GO] and select [All Files].
②: Phone Settings → Phone Settings → Find [AKASO GO] and select → [Local Network], [Location] and [Bluetooth] ON.
*If you experience any connection problems, you can try the following options:
①: Switch off cellular data on your iPhone when connecting to the camera's WiFi to avoid any connection problems.
②: Please remove WiFi and reset the camera.
③: Reinstall the [AKASO Go] app and set permissions again, then try to reconnect.
*Different mobile phones have different permissions and operation schemes, if the above scheme does not match your mobile phone model.
