My Brave 7 LE has a sound issue.

The sound volume in videos is too low.

If the volume is too low while playing back the videos, please check the following steps:
1) Did you record videos with the waterproof case?
2) Did you turn on the mic?
3) Did you set to the mute mode while playing videos?
4) Please reset the camera, then try to record new videos without the case, and then play them on your PC or in the APP. 

Why do recorded videos make so much noise?

Please note that noises made by the recorded videos will become louder when you record videos in a quiet environment. The system can adjust the volume. For example, you will hear the noise of rustling if the environment is quiet enough. On the contrary, the noise will be adjusted to the proper volume when in a noisy environment.

The videos and audio are out of sync.

If the videos and audio are out of sync. there is potentially an issue with the microSD card being used. Try a different, known, good SD card. We recommend only purchasing name-brand SD cards through reputable resellers. There are both counterfeit and underperforming SD cards out in the marketplace, which can prevent the proper functioning of your camera's features.

Please format the SD card on the computer and then format it on the camera again before using it, Please format it several times and reset the camera to have a try.
