You can use the camera as a PC cam or transfer the files when you connect to the PC.

①If you want to use the camera as a PC cam:

Take out the SD card from the camera, and connect the camera to the computer via a USB cable. The camera will turn on automatically.

Click Start on the computer, find the camera and open it, the camera opens to see the laptop camera, switch the camera to change to the PC camera.

PS: The resolution in PC Camera mode is 720P30fps;

②If you want to transfer the camera files to your computer.

With the SD card in, please use the USB cable connecting your camera to the PC, it’s a removable disk, which you can download the video from your camera.

What should do if the computer cannot recognize the camera?

If you connect the camera with a card to a computer via a USB cable but nothing seems to happen, Please change the cable and try on another computer. Also, you can plug it into a USB 3.0 port instead of a USB 2.0.

If still not working, you can get it to work by plugging the USB cable into the docking station (like the Dell PRO2X) rather than plugging directly into the laptops. Please use Handbrake to convert and transfer all the files on the device to the PC.

Also, you can use the card reader to transfer the files.
